What You Need to do to Lose a Healthy Weight

*Tea, coffee, and sodas consumed in excess in the day do not replace water and increase water loss. For this reason, be careful to consume 2-2.5 lt water per day.
*Consuming 2 cups of green tea a day will help you lose weight.
