After arriving at our hospital, medical examination, workup, analysis, treatment plan and treatment processes are performed by our physicians in company with our colleagues in International Patient Relations Department who speak in Arabic,  English, , German, , Kurdish , Bulgarian, England.

-    Medical Examination: After opening the patient’s appointment, the patients visit the related physician with an international patient consultant who accompanies them one-to-one and speaks same language as theirs. 

-    Laboratory analyses and radiology: All analyses, workup, radiography requested from the physician are examined in company with an international patient guide who speaks same language as the patient’s. 

-    Results: Dates of the results can differ depending on the type of analysis and workup. Generally, results of analyses are taken less than an hour, but if requested, result of analyses can be send to patient or patient’s relative via e-mail or fax by the international patient guides.

For all our patients stayed in our hospital, accommodation at the same comfort standards as a five-star hotel and 24 hours follow-up services under supervision of attending physician are provided. Our patients and their relatives can enjoy limitless internet via free wi-fi and cable TV in their own language and they can feel themselves like they were in their countries.
